A-net banned 3700 accounts by using methods such as looking for client hacks / injections, not banning based off /report or other player accusations (for the most part). They won't ban you just because someone gets mad and reports you.

this right here...if ur NOT botting at all..they can report all they want..it will not get you banned
anet knows if ur botting or not..even if its for 5 seconds
next time u see those comments..just have a good laugh at it or just put them on ur ignore list

I had a similar situation once in RA when I was playing an interrupt ranger. Seems whenever you play with real people, no matter what game, there are poor losers that accuse good players of cheating. I've seen in Modern Warfare (among others) and I see it here. Which is why I turn off local and turn on DnD when I PvP. No irritating whiners.

Roll a bog standard pblock or pd bar in JQ or FA and within an hour, you'll probably get a couple of these people claim they're reporting you for botting/hacking because you're interrupting through their resolve/concentration/whatever.
